Yes, Ajax has a lot of newer residential construction, and we regularly complete drywall installation, ceiling systems, and finishing work in these homes, including basement development that's often left unfinished at time of purchase.

If your Ajax home is still under Tarion new home warranty, it's worth checking what warranty-affecting modifications apply before major structural changes. For standard basement finishing and interior drywall work, this is rarely an issue, but we're happy to talk through your specific situation.

Our Ajax basement estimates cover framing, drywall material and installation, taping and finishing, and insulation/vapor barrier if needed. We break the quote down by scope so you know exactly what's included before work begins.

Yes, we install ceiling systems including drop ceilings and drywall bulkheads for basements, home theatres, and renovated living spaces throughout Ajax, tailored to hide ductwork or wiring while keeping ceiling height practical.

You can request a free estimate through our website form or by calling us directly. We aim for same-day quotes on straightforward projects and will schedule an in-person assessment for larger Ajax renovations.
